5.   Acceptable Use

Users must not:

  • Attempt unauthorized system access
  • Upload harmful software or malicious code
  • Misuse platform vulnerabilitiesViolate privacy or intellectual property rights
  • Use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent activities

Any misuse may result in suspension, termination, or legal action under applicable laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

  • Secure cloud storage and backups
  • Security monitoring and performance optimization

CSAPSUITE follows reasonable security practices in accordance with applicable Indian privacy and cybersecurity laws.

Organizations using the platform are responsible for obtaining required consent from students, employees, customers, or third parties before uploading personal information.

7.   Intellectual Property

All platform content including software, branding, UI/UX, graphics, source code, and documentation remains the intellectual property of CSAPSUITE.

Users may not copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the Services without written permission.

8.   Third-Party Services

CSAPSUITE may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways, cloud providers, analytics tools, and communication platforms.

We are not responsible for third-party service availability, security practices, or policies.

9.   Service Availability
